The PHOENIX Specials Obtained Team will ensure future requirements for any line that PHOENIX does not currently hold in stock, can be sourced and delivered direct.
Our dedicated team will be on hand to take orders, via email, phone or fax with a new enhanced service available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received during the weekend will be dealt with promptly on the following Monday.
By centralising our resources we are able to offer a more efficient service, supported by our excellent distribution network. To ensure that orders are received promptly we will endeavour to have them dispatched directly from the manufacturer but where this is not possible we will utilise a courier service to provide an improved service from our central hub facility.
We also offer the facility to send orders by email utilising our interactive PDF form available for completion via the link below. This should provide a more secure, efficient and traceable method of ordering and replying to queries and gives our customers the facility to save the order electronically for future reference.
