Steve Anderson has been the UK Group Managing Director of PHOENIX since October 2017. Steve joined PHOENIX in October 2016, prior to which he worked for more than 30 years with the Celesio group in positions including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director for Operations and Pharma Services. Steve has a Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.
Maximilian Wachter joined PHOENIX Medical in September 2020. Prior he worked as strategic assistant for the group CEO of PHOENIX group in Mannheim. Max has a Bachelor degree in economics of the University of Heidelberg, a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance of the University of St. Gallen and a Phd in Management of the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Stuart Lucas became Managing Director of the Speciality Services division of PHOENIX in February 2018 after initially joining the business as Managing Director of PSUK. Stuart has over 20 years of experience in sales and commercial roles in the pharmaceutical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. After starting his career in the pharmaceutical sector he moved to work for LEGO where he became Head of Sales for UK and Ireland. Returning to pharmaceuticals, Stuart held senior commercial roles for McKesson UK and became European Commercial Director for O&M Movianto before joining PHOENIX in December 2017. Stuart has an honours degree in History from the University of Wales.
